The pursuit of leading edge technology.
Creating new values.

Ishii Tool & Engineering was established in 1965 as a privately owned precision die manufacturer. Around 1970, large semiconductor manufacturers began to establish factories here and there on Kyushu Island, Japan. At that point, we decided to enter the business of manufacturing precision dies and equipment dedicated to semiconductor production.
In 1979, the firm became a public corporation aimed at designing, producing and selling semiconductor precision dies and equipments, and has pursued excellence in this endeavor until today.
The semiconductor industry is evolving very quickly and it will soon be hard to keep abreast of the industry requirements if we rely only on established technology. In the light of this challenge, we established our policy to continuously create new values through every employee's effort and self-improvement.
Our inaugural idea says, "We are determined to contribute to society through continuous technology advancement and our creativity." We are committed to complying to continuously advancing semiconductor integration and to the requirement that equipment be more FA compatible and versatile. We will put more sales forces not only in to Japan but also abroad so that we can serve to our customers with deep appreciation with products of low cost and quick delivery. With this objectives in mind we would like to proceed to the 21st century.
Thank you for everyone's continuous support and cooperation for our company
